Who Am I?
To make a major and significant impact in the life of individuals change makers must become intentional in their actions. They must see barriers and limitations as stepping stones to great accomplishments . As they pursue their passion they must learn the act of being altruistic and be ready to always give back to society. Nothing promotes our collective benefits and good more than these attributes. We must also note that the best way to promote and sustain our desirable reality is to guide others to become their best. This we can better accomplish by providing them the relevant tools and the appropriate support.
The pursuit and attainment of a sustainable future is a possibility. Therefore, all that I do is designed to guide and equip all men including the most vulnerable persons in our communities. I am an advocate for social and economic justice who seeks to promote inclusiveness as the path to the development of sustainable societies. My name is Eniola Yemi Temidayo and I am proudly Nigerian. I am a change agent, a human rights activist, a business coach, a mentor, author, an award winning corporate manager and entrepreneurship educator.
As an innovator and expert idea generator I am disruptively creative. I work with people from diverse background to get into the minds and thoughts of individuals and organisations to bring to life the many locked potentials and values that are resident inside them.Using contemporary principles and techniques I also spent time proffering solutions to the many challenges that hinder our desired reality of seeing the world become a better place.
Beneficiaries of the services I offer include private citizens, corporate entities and public organizations. I deliver value to clients both at a fee and as a volunteer to some specialized training and educational institutions, multinational corporations, small and medium scale enterprises, social enterprises, cooperatives, trade and professional associations, community and self help groups, non-governmental organizations, government ministerial departments and agencies.

✓ Facilitate long-term and midterm strategic planning sessions for organizations to guide them in the formulation of competitive strategies, programmes, projects, policies and procedures.
✓ Undertake the comprehensive evaluation of the performance of employees and organizations to identify competence gaps and develop strategic human resource plans that develops the entrepreneurial quotient of employees.

My offerings are powered by years of excellence driven research based education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria) Masters and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Business Administration (University of Benin, Nigeria) Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship (United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship) and an Oracle Certified Professional certificate (Oracle Corporation, USA). These academic and professional qualifications are further enhanced by several short courses undertaken in digital skills for the workplace, social impact policy formulation, entrepreneurship and enterprise development, entrepreneurship center management, entrepreneurship ecosystem development, effective communication across culture, development of training materials for distance and e-learning.
I am a recipient of several certificates for facilitation of exceptional training sessions, Most Outstanding Case teaching award at the Experiential Classroom XVII, University of Florida, USA. In the last decade I have also been issued nine copyrights by the Nigerian Copyrights Commission for creative works which includes digital business solutions, promotional products and enterprise development models. To my credit are several books which include Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship (contributor), Business and Government, Satisfy, Structure and Sustain: How to build sustainable business models, Identifying Entrepreneurship Opportunities.
I am a member of several national and international advocacy and professional bodies. I am currently serving as a member and Director of Projects and Programmes (Committee for the Defence of Human Rights) and was the pioneer Executive Director, Touristry Consultant Forum, Nigeria. I am also a fellow of the Institute of Export Operations Management, Nigeria.
